am I?
Hi, I'm Emily Kier-Berendt (EKB) – a nutritionist who's passionate about helping educate people on how to improve their diet and relationship with food. With 11 years of experience and a masters in nutrition, I've dedicated my career to making nutrition simple and practical. I work with clients to build healthier relationships with food, whether they're looking to improve everyday eating or improve athletic performance.
I specialise in sports nutrition, always using an evidence-based approach that empowers people with real, actionable knowledge.
When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me running or training for triathlons – from local 5kms in Wandsworth to challenging ultramarathons around the world. These experiences help me truly understand the nutritional needs of athletes at every level.
My goal? Help people understand how nutrition can transform their health and performance.
